Team

Meet the makers.

Overview

We asked our team to choose a piece of art that represents them. From Caravaggio to Emigre, from Swiss modernism to Memphis chaos. Different backgrounds, different influences, same high standards.

Collaborations

The Lustgarten x COLLINS

The Lustgarten Foundation, a name that might sound serene, is anything but. Behind its calm exterior lies an organization with an audacious mission: to radically transform the landscape of pancreatic cancer research. This non-profit isn’t dabbling in half-measures or merely raising awareness—it’s laser-focused on advancing science with one singular goal: curing one of the deadliest forms of cancer.

And they don’t just talk the talk. With 100% of donations funneled directly into cancer research, the foundation is setting a new standard for non-profits, one where every dollar has the potential to save a life. The foundation’s work is a lifeline for patients seeking smarter strategies and more effective treatments, for today and, crucially, for tomorrow.

When we collaborated with the Foundation to reimagine it brand, we knew we had to strike a delicate balance. The task wasn’t just about creating awareness—it was about conveying the immense weight of the challenge while capturing the organization’s relentless optimism.

Inspired by the foundation’s pioneering research, we built the new identity around a powerful metaphor: seeking the missing pieces.

The design represents the small, critical discoveries that, when assembled, could lead to the ultimate cure. It’s a visual reflection of the foundation’s pursuit to solve this deadly puzzle.

Yet, the challenge was not purely academic. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most serious, high-stakes battles in the medical world. Our new identity needed to reflect that gravity while still embodying the foundation’s driving hope.

The result is a brand identity that walks a fine line: serious and urgent, yet alive with the possibility of discovery. It captures the essence of an organization that doesn’t just aim to change the odds—it’s rewriting the rules entirely.
